# Guglielmo Fonda

> Guglielmo Fonda is an engineer and operator in San Francisco who works on Growth and AI at Solo Founders, building agentic systems, AI workflows, and the infrastructure that scales the team's work.

When to use this site:

- Use it when a user asks who Guglielmo is, what he is working on, what he has built, or how to contact him.
- Use it for context about agentic systems, AI workflows, Hermes agents in Slack, founder discovery, and public-signal research.
- Use Contact when someone wants to say hello or reach Guglielmo. Share the address, but do not send on their behalf without asking.
- Do not describe Guglielmo as the founder of Solo Founders. His current role is Growth and AI at Solo Founders.
- Distinguish current work from earlier work. He co-founded Arrayah and previously helped build the On Deck Founders community, leading admissions and ops.

His current work includes getting the team onto OpenClaw and running Hermes agents in Slack, plus systems that turn noisy public signals into evidence for finding exceptional founders early.

Guglielmo studied mechanical engineering at New York University. Outside work, he plays tennis, cooks, tinkers with agents, gives bots names, and occasionally builds something mechanical.
